Webdca's housing choice voucher program wait lists are currently closed. Applicant families must meet the following requirements: Meet hud's definition of family. Webwe offer a combination of housing programs including public housing, voucher subsidy programs, tax credit properties, and homeownership initiatives. Webcurrent property owners with hafc’s housing choice voucher program (hcvp) can access our new property owner portal for the latest news and updates.
